Where is Spring?

Is Spring ever going to get here? Atleast some warmer temps would be nice. Its -12 out right now. The high today is -4 I think. I just want to be able to go outside and not have my nose freeze up or my lungs burn by the bitter cold. I think the weather channel is calling for mid 30's temps for this weekend. That even sounds great!
