WEEK NINE

I did WEEK 1 DAY 1 today and did pretty well. I even ran two minutes instead of 60 seconds. I could have ran more, but I'm taking it easy right now. I still have a pretty bad cold and cough. My goal for this month is to run 40 miles. As long as I stick to this program, I know I will be able to do it.
