Our Ohio Trip so far

Our flight to Ohio went well. The first flight was perfect. The plane wasn't full, so the lady next to move moved to an empty isle so me and Wyatt could have the whole row. Wyatt sat in his own chair for a little bit, but he really didn't like that. I tried to put on a movie on our DVD player, but he wanted to press the buttons instead. That flight was pretty short and Wyatt did great on it. The second flight did not go as well. It was a much smaller plane and it was packed. We HAD a window seat, but when we were boarding some guy was in my seat. I would have told him that I had the window seat, but he looked a bit crowded in that seat, so I just let him have it. It would have been worse if we had the window seat. Wyatt was really tired, but he would not take a nap on me. So he fussed most of the way and threw a fit. FINALLY, he made it to Cleveland. Laura was there to pick us up (A bit late though lol).

We have been here a few days and Wyatt is already sick. He has a fever, runny/stuffy nose, and a cough. He does not like sleeping in the pack and play all night. He'll wake up and sleep with me. If it were our house, I would just let him cry, but I can't let him cry with a house full of people and me in the same room. I haven't been sleeping well because of Wyatt sleeping with me. Maybe tonight will be a better night. Wyatt also has decided not to eat like he should. He isn't in the mood for breakfast and dinner seems to be a hit or miss. I think its just the change that's messing with him.

Other than the small problems, we are having a good time here. I really enjoy being up here in Ohio and spending time with Laura, Vince, Catalina and Cayden. I really wish we could move up this way one day. We haven't done too much lately. We had a girls night out last night. Wyatt stayed with Vince for a few hours while I had a good time with Laura and her friends. I might go to a yarn store this evening to see what they have their. This weekend is trick or treating in their neighborhood so we are planning on doing that. Sunday is Cayden's christening, so that is going to be a busy day. I leave back for North Dakota on Monday.

There are some people I would love to go visit while I am here, but we aren't going to have time. I would love to go see Aunt Carol and Grandma Baker, but I am not sure if I will be able to. Especially with Wyatt not feeling well. I'd like to go up to Dairy Queen, but I really doubt I'll head that way.

Kylee and James are doing great back home. I really wish they would have been able to make it. Maybe next time. Kylee is being good for James. At least that is what he is telling me. She isn't missing me so much yet. I guess occasionally she wants me, but its not causing any problems yet. James is also missing me. He told me today that he is usually the one to leave while we stay behind. He said its so much different when he gets left behind.

Anyhow, I will tell you all about the rest of the trip when we get back.
