8 months

Wyatt's 8 months old today! Time sure does fly fast. I guess I hadn't realized how big he was getting. I don't know how much he weighs or how tall he is, but I'm sure he's over 20 lbs.

• He crawls like a monkey, but he'll also crawl the normal way.
• He can sit up on his own.
• He says dada, na na, and mama. He jibber jabbers all the time now.
• He still won't take a bottle- I should just come to terms with breastfeeding him till he's one. Don't get me wrong, I love breastfeeding, but a bottle here and there would be a nice break for me. Ya know?
• He eats some baby foods now, some of those baby puff snacks, and lots of people food.
• He loves squash, green beans mashed up, potatoes, any kind of rice, chicken, eggs, grilled-cheese sandwiches, king ranch casserole!!, sweet potatoes, apricots, pancakes, manicotti, spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, broccoli, roast beef, oatmeal and I'm sure a few more.
• He doesn't like applesauce or pureed green beans. He only likes bananas sometimes.
• He only likes to play with a sippy cup, not actually drink from it.
• His favorite toy is a water bottle. (crazy kid) If you have one, he better have one too or he'll be really mad. If you take it away from him, expect a fit.
• He does NOT sleep through the night anymore. (poor mama)
• He loves his cloth diapers!! (as does his mama)
